I've designed a report in Crystal Reports Designer 8.0, using Arial(western) 8, 9 and 10 pt fonts. When viewing the report on the ActiveX Web viewer the spacing between each character is much much tighter, the data fields are hard to read. When I print the report from the ActiveX Web viewer, the spacing between characters is correct, the font looks the same as it did thru Crystal Reports 8.0. I've tried switching to Times New Roman, that doesn't make any difference. I've tried moving the left report bar over to cover the preview(group tree) pane, that doesn't make any difference. We want users to be able to review the reports online and not have to print them out. Any suggestions?
