font sizes change

I created reports in CR XI and they preview/print fine when in CR. When they are displayed via adobe from java, the font sizes and type changes which is causing some of the fields to be cut off and/or overrun each other. When we added the crystal viewer in java, it defaults to an adobe format on preview/print.

I am trying to figure out:
How to set default font and sizes in adobe or any suggestion on how to resolve this issue. I have never worked with adobe before so am at a loss.
