Font size in the application menu bar

The main menu bar of an application (not the Powerbulder environment) is set with font size 8.
In the "menu object" is possible to change font size for all other submenus but not for the main bar menu, which is set to 8.

Anyone has found some tricks or some addon just to change the font size of the main menu of an application?
