Font Size goes to Bold

When in a notes application I am embedding objects (word and excel files) into a shell documents (1 object per 1 shell document). It seems when I am embedding the 4 or 5th item the font on the screen goes bold ( I am embedding one item after another). I have to log out of the notes lotus notes and than log in for the problem to be corrected. The notes database is a internal database that has workflow. I am embedding using the create->Object menu options.

Has anyone expericed this problem before and does anyone have a solution?
