My Lotus Notes messages have all of a sudden started printing out in large bold letters. They look fine on the monitor, but don't print right. I have uninstalled both Notes and my printer, but nothing has changed. Using lots of ink and paper. Any ideas?

Question are you using cc:mail or Lotus Notes?

I found this article at <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> under support (All products)

make sure you visit the lotus notes website > Tech Support > Search all products >
There seems to be lots of issues and all of them depend on what version of Lotus Notes are you using, also if you are using wysiwyg fonts, HP Printers issues...etc...

I ran a query on the word fonts and it returned plenty to start your research....

Please let us know what was wrong and what was the solution so if somebody ever runs into the same... we can help
Can a Notes Document Be Printed in a Different Sized Font than what it
Displays in?
Problem:

Can you print a document in a larger sized font than what the document is displayed in, without
having to edit the document and manually change the font size of the editable text? This functionality
would be similar to that of cc:Mail.

Solution:

This functionality is not available in Notes 4.x. An enhancement request for this functionality has
been submitted to Lotus Quality Engineering.

In Notes 5.0 Client, this functionality has been added to the Calendar view. It has not be added to
other standard document/view print functions in Notes. When you are in the calendar of your Notes
5.0 mail file (based off the Mail50.ntf template), you can select File, Print, then select the Customize
button and select from font sizes, Small, Medium, and Large.

As mentioned above, a workaround would be to open the document, select the text in any desired
editable fields, enlarge the text size, and then print it. However, when you close the document, you
will be prompted to resave the document with the changed point size, at which point you can select
No to. You would then need to repeat this process every time you wanted to print this document in
the larger font. Also, any text that you cannot access in the document cannot be changed.
