Font issue with RCC reports

Just installed an RCC server yesterday and the reports seem to have a problem, the text is so big the report is all over the place...

I believe the problem in a missing font on the customers build of windows xp but I cannot work out the font that is needed to correct the problem...

anyone know ?

try and get the crystal reports viewer plugin - that might do it
Is it on the display/monitor or while printing?
