Font Issue in Email

Here is an interesting issue I hope somebody could shed some light on for me.

User sends an email to recipient who then replies to the email but when doing so, the font of the recipient changes to very small. This only is happening from the 1 user and it affects anyone he emails.

What could this be attributed to?
