Hi,
I am writing on behalf of my client who uses MAS90 in a multi-platform networked environment.
Before last week, the client printed her checks using MAS90 on Windows 2000 over the network to a printer connected to a Windows 98 computer. To solve an unrelated issue, I reconnected the printer to a Windows XP computer last week, and changed the pointer on the client's computer to the new printer location.
Since the change, the checks haven't printed like they used to. The first check prints out using the default font, then all subsequent checks print out using the same font, but several points smaller. Because the font on the subsequent checks is smaller, the information on the checks "roll up", i.e. the top information on the third check starts on the end of the second check, the top information on the fourth check starts on the end of the third check, etc.
I've looked at the "Download as SoftFont" option in the printer settings, but that option doesn't seem to "stick" when clicking OK/Print, so I'm not even sure if it's effective.
If anyone has any suggestions or needs further information, please let me know.
