FONT ENCODING PROBLEM

Hello everyone!
I 've created a site in greek that it worked fine until recently. Suddenly when I open the pages I have cyrillic encoding and no matter what I do, when I reopen the pages they always show cyrillic encoding. I've changed the global.asa document, I've changed the actual document encoding, nothing works.
Can anyone help?

Thank you I'll check it out. Maybe suitcase didn't load up right. But you see my problem is that only the pages on a certain directory have this problem. When I try to rerwrite the page I see fonts as they should appear but the next time I load the page it's all cyrillic again!

did u chech your IE?
View-->Encoding oYours
I have the same issue with Font Sizes in my IE 5.5 - for some reason IT WANTS to stay at "smaller"
