Font Direction screwed up .... grrrr

Hi all,

Newbie here. Have been using PSP9 for six months now and love the program, but last night while messing around making some simple jpg files, SOMEHOW I managed to mess up the standard font direction setting. Grrr.

(Normal text flows with correct orientation, flowing left to right. All I can write now is either vertically stacking the letters ---correct orientation of each letter, but stacked vertically instead of horizontally-- or else oriented sideways, stacked horizontally.)

Have been totally unsuccessful at rectifying it. Have reinstalled PSP9, no help. Searched the Help files, nothing. Searched this forum for the keywords "font" and "direction" ... nothing.

When I select the Text tool, there are only three options on the text toolbar for Font Direction, and none of them are for the regular, plain ol' text direction that you are reading right now on this post ...

Any ideas anyone?

On PSP X the direction that you are looking for is "horizontal and down". Maybe it is the same in the PSP 9.
