We have a definity G3R9, with the Definity Audix. Everything works. We want to be able to track the path of an incoming call that goes into the Audix and then back into the switch.

For example. Person dials xxx-xxx-4000 (main number). They go through the switch and directly into Audix's auto attendant that says "if you know your party's extension, dial it now". If someone dials an extension, it transfers fine, but in the CDR data (and on our CMS), it shows a call came into 4000, and thats it. We want to be able to show that the call went to ext 1234.

Any ideas how to accomplish this?

1. cha sys cdr - make sure that Intra-Switch CDR is set to YES.

2. cha intra - enter in all of the stations that you want CDR reports on (in other words - all of this. Lock yourself in a quiet room while you do this).

I added every extension to the list. So now I get CDR between extensions, and I get CDR from the Audix back to the switch, but it doesnt exactly follow the path. For example, call comes in to main number (4000), goes to auto attendant. CDR data shows date time 2155551212 4000.
Then when person transfers out of the auto attendant to a person's extension, it shows date time 6319 1234

6319=one of our intuity audix ports, we have 6300-6336.

Is there any way to have the Audix show the original caller's information in CDR?

I am having this same problem. Does anyone have a solution for this?
