Hai

I have an MX ONE TSW. I am not able to do the follow me facility. When I do *21*extn# it says Failed! Could someone help me.

System is MX ONE TSW SP5

you need to change the civ for that extension or give it a cat that permits follow me!

to set cat use exccs
and then user the gedic command to change the cat on the extension....

your CDIV for CSP=1 is 00112213.
The value of bit D2 D3 must be changed.

Try with 00912213.

By the way How is external follow me works and how to initiate thru phone?

Hi jaylek,

for the external follow me, you have to change the bit D1 in CDIV by 0 to 1:
old CDIV 00912213
new CDIV 10912213

The procedure is initiated thru phone by dialling the code
*22#external destination code+external number#

To deactivate external follow me:
#22#
