OK. I know you cannot Send Follow Me calls to 2 extensions, but this is what I need to do:

What I have been doing is using a Follow Me to a single line set (349) from the operator DLC (330). This rings both the operator DLC and the Follow Me extension immediately, and if unanswered, the call is covered by the Automated Attendant. This works GREAT...But now...

Now, I essentially want to add an additional single line set (351), so if the Follow Me extension (349) is busy, it rolls over to the newly added extension (351), and if that remains unanswered, then it goes to the Automated Attendant.

I know that the Follow Me method will not work more than once, and I do not know how to best set up this scenario…Could I just add the new extension (351) to secondary coverage of 330, so it would pick up after 2 rings? Or should I create a calling group that includes the DLC extension (330), and the single line sets 349 and 351 with no ring delay, auto login, message overflow=1. If so, how can I get it back to the Automated Attendant if the group doesn't answer?

Currently running Legend 2.1 with Merlin Mail.

Thanks for any advice in working this out!

Calling group sounds best. you should be able to overflow that calling group to vmail and have a mailbox of that calling group set with class of service to be your AA. ( COS 15 = AA1, COS 16 + AA2, ) good luck
