follow me from another extension

At present when a cordless phone is returned for repair I initiate a follow me for the broken phone to another convienient extension. This follow me is ordered from the Operators work station.

Is there a way to order this follow me from a normal extension ?

You could add an MDN to a digital handset key and apply then divert from there.

You could also use Personal Number (PELPI).

Hi' use the command GEPEIIR=X,PROC=A21AyB; from a MML terminal.

From OPI do: *21*DECT-nr.*Dect-nr#
Then from new goal do: *21*DECT-Phone*own number#

This is the classic way to use follow me.
