follow me call forward

Hi Everyone,

need help. one of my costumer requesting a feature like if no one answer the incoming call, then it will automatically forward to their celphone no. or local phone no. Do i need to install something before i configure it? im using aria soho.

no programm a speed dial then, from memory its 554,4 for off net calls you then enter the speed dial number(location) programmed ex 554,4,200 phone forwarded off net to speed dial 200

Hi Montysummer,

Thank you for the info. This is a configuration settings right? Please correct me if im wrong, i call a Telephone Company and request for the activation of call forward for 2 direct lines. then afterwards, that is the time im using that configuration as you mentioned here?

The set up i mentioned is basically how to route calls from a specific station to a off net (cell , home ) phone ,you do not need your network provider to do anything.

Use extension preset call forwarding is the easiest
