Follow Hyperlink help

Hi! I am working on a huge database and need ALOT of help!

I have a switchboard that was created with a SB Manager and I need a command button to automatically pull up and open a MS Word document.

I created a macro that hyperlinks to that document but when I hit the command button it only pulls up the table where the hyperlink is and then I have to click on the link and it opens it.

How do I change the macro to open the link as well?
