Folders with same name missing?

I backed up an entire drive. There were tho folders with the same name within different folders. Commvault only backed up one of them. Anyone experience this?

F:\exchsrvr
F:\program files\exchrvr

There should be no problem with this. Simpana will backup everything it's told to. Check in the Contents tab what your sub-client is backing up, and check what's being excluded in the Filters tab.
