For Win98/95/ME:
Fake Folder Hides the contents of folders, with password protection. But it doesn't protect file using the Find function.
Hide Folders:

Hide Folders is a security tool that hides your sensitive folders from prying eyes. You need only to select the folders you want to hide and ask the software to make these folders invisible. Hide Folders works in stealth mode.
