Does Windows 2000 pro workstation support folder replication? If so, how?
Any help is appreciated.

Folder replication? Not sure I understand what you are looking for.

No W2k Pro does Not support this as in replicating folders to ensure backing them up. You should look up Distributed File Systems in W2k Server. This allows you to mount many folders from different machine/servers into another folder which replicated itself with the origonal folders. So you could point everyone to use folder Billing and in this folder you would have folders replicated from different server/sites etc.

I know of 3 ways for replicating in W2K

1) DFS (as above) if you are using Active Directory but I don't know much about it.
2) Briefcase: Manual replication - gives you full control of each modified file replication.
3) Offline files: Can be replicated automatically on a schedule. Make sure it is enabled -> My Computer|Tools|Folder Options|Offline tab| Check Enable Offline files.

More info if you click on desktop, press F1, at index tab type "offline files"
