Folder Redirection Does not apply on one computer but will on another

I have setup folder redirection to redirect My Documents to a home directory server. After applying the Group Policy I go to a users machine, run secedit to refresh, have them log off and back on that nothing happens. There are no messages in Event Viewer. I take the same user to another machine and run secedit to refresh and have them log on and everything works fine. If I have the user of this machine log onto there machine it does not work but if I take them to another machine it works fine. Any Ideas? It is basicly not working on a users machine but if they log onto any other machine it works great. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I am beating my head against the wall on this one!!!!!

Not sure why this would help, but have you tried removing the user's local profile from their original machines and logging them in fresh?

Yes, and it had no affect.

OK. Let me make sure I have this straight. UserA sits at ComputerA and UserB sits at ComputerB. Neither one gets the folder redirection policy at those locations, but if they were to swap computers, everything would work?
