Is there a way to change the default font size of the text in the folder pane in Lotus Notes v6.0.3?

Hello,
Some people recommend changing the default font either through user preferences or the notes.ini. I have found out that it really doesn't help for the folder view using R6.0.3, XP, and 1024x768.
I utulize the Notes Designer to accomplish the change:
1. Open the DB using the Notes Designer (Right-click, Open in Designer
2. In the left pane, open Pages\"Notesmail Picker" (double-click it)
3. Right-click toward the top of the page (in the right pane), and click Outline Properties
4. Slect the "Font" tab (the letter a)
5. Choose your font and size
6. Click the "Set All to Same" button (right corner)
7. X out of the Embedded Outline Box
8. Ctrl-S (to save)
9. Test
