I was trying to write a code snippet to show you how to make it, but phone is ringing like crazy.
Search for GetFileSecurity in the SDK. If you can't get it working (Win security is tricky and convoluted) tell me here, may be I'll be able to crank some code tomorrow (or may be not, thinks are heatening here).
