Folder named "CON" 1

CON is a reserved keyword which stands for Console. For example, you can issue a command "Copy Con newfile.txt" which will copy any additional lines you type to the console into a file called newfile.txt.
When you try to create a folder called CON, NT interprets it as the console, for which you can't create a folder.
