Folder missing when creating backup job

We have an Netware 5.1 sp4 network running ArcserveIT 6.6 sp4. I'm trying to backup specific folders on the WAN but there is a folder that does not appear under Arcserve Manager. This folder does appear under a mapped drive and NDS. Since Arcserve Manager does not see it I can't select it for the backup job.
Any help?

Does your backup account have sufficient rights to the folder? Is it hidden?
