Folder drag and drop problem.

Hi everybody

We are using MS-Exchange 2000 and everything is working properly. We have an account that shares its draft for everyone. Colleagues write e-mails and drag it to the share account (from draft to draft). This works great if we didnt attach anything to the e-mail. I mean, when the e-mail (that wrote and saved in draft) has attachment, the permission problem occured. We set the permission so that no one can see the inside of the folder and as i said everything is working great, but it seems that there is a problem with the attachements.
I appriciate any kind of help or presenting any resource.

Your just trying to drag from a folder in one mailbox to another mailbox? Why not just drag it to a public folder? Dan

Hi Dan

First of all, thanx for your attention. To tell you the truth,we want to monitor a category of outgoing e-mails that colleagues send out. Colleagues write e-mails then save it to draft (own) then simply drag to draft of CEO. He read them and if he approved, he send them out with his own e-mail account not the person wrote it. We gran minimum accecc to the colleagues (even not read items). They can only drag into it and it workd great. The problem comes to the scene when the e-mails have attachmets. I really dont know what the attachment problem is and this really stopped our work. The problem with share folders is that CEO must drag all of them from the public to his draft himself and of course he doesnt.
