FOLDER DOES NOT APPEAR IN ADDRESS BOOK LIST

Hi.

Has anyone ever come accross this? User adds sub-folder to contacts list (one of many). When trying to use this list in Mail Merge, the folder does not appear. Checking the address book folder list via outlook results in the same. However, when going into contacts, the folder is present. I've checked the properties and the folder is marked to be displayed in Outlook address book. Couldn't find any entry in TechNet for this. Any ideas?
