Folder creation in Document library from word

Hello All, I was wondering, when saving documents into document libraries from Microsoft word, is there a way to enable the create new Folder botton to allow me to crate new folders in to document library right from word rather than flipping back to the webpage?

Hi,

Out of the box I do not think that is possible, I looked at this quite some time ago, and I did not find a way (I did not spend very much time looking into it). But with custom code I am sure it is possible to build something.
