Folder changes not replicating

Hi,

I have access to another colleagues mailbox (Outlook 2003, the mailbox is appended at the bottom of my own). I move emails from my Inbox to their folders but they seem to disappear on my view when I look at their folder that I just moved it to. However when I go to my colleagues PC, I can see that they have arrived in the folders I moved them to....

Any ideas???
