Can someone help me out with this question I have? if you go to the properties of the Inbox there is a tab called administration and in the tab there is a button called Folder Assistant. On my screen it is greyed out and I am needing it to be active. i have looked on Microsofts site to try and find out if there is a hack for it, but to no avail I did not find anything. Any help would be great and appreciated.

Thanks,
Kiefmer

Is this Outlook installation for the Corporate Workgroup and an Exchange Server is being used? That feature is only available under this circumstance and not if your are just using the Internet Mail installation or no Exchange server is being used. joegz

Yeah this is all setup in a corporate environment. With an Exchange server and Outlook setup for the Corporate workgroup.

Then to the best of my knowledge it can't be activated except for public folders. It is practically the same as the Inbox Assistant (I beleive) so why not use the Inbox Assistant or Rules Wizard? joegz
