I have a Network folder called Sales. What I would like to have is everyone in the sales group to have full permission to it. I then have several excel spreadsheets within that folder that other departments need to have access(They need to be able to read and modify the spreasdsheet) to. Say spreadsheet A Dept 1 needs access to. Spreadsheet B Dept 2 needs access to. spreadsheet 3 both dept 1 and 2 need access to.

How do I accomplish this under AD and NTSF while keeping the following in mind.

only one folder and that is sales.
Not having the other depts have access to the other files within sales.

I could do this under NDS and Novell. But can't figure this out with NTSF.

When I put all files together in a single directory I can't limit access to certain files by certain people.

"I can set permissions for the file and not for the folder and use the runline but that is not an option"

I don't want to have a directory for sales stuff that is just sales and a directory for each other scenerio

Thanks

Michael
