Call comes in, CCR tree 1. Caller presses option 3, which rings a set. What we want is if no one answers the call, it FNA to an external number. Right now, it rings 6 times, then the caller hears "the person you are trying to reach is unavailable.....". If I call the extension myself, it rings 6 times and forwards off site. How can I make this work?

How is it being redirected - routing code, pool access, line access
Does it work when you are manually transferring a incoming call to the extn.

If I call the extension, it rings 6 times, then forwards off site. If I select the option off of the CCR tree, it does not leave site.

Let me try to ask a bit more clearly
How is it being redirected - routing code, pool access, line access (what type of trunks, is supervision avbl and enabled)

Does it work when you are manually transferring a incoming call to the extn. (without the CCR - call in, answer on a phone, transfer to extn, cfna to outside #)

Also like dewey asked ... change the cfna rings setting to less than drt rings - for testing set it to 2 rings

It is you rtransfer recall time under system programming. It defaults to 4. Set it higher than 4 to fix this.
