FNA question

I have an external line that that points to a CDN then out of service to a scr key on a 3905 on an add on module and I want the key to forward to an acd again if it is not answered.

I can't change the forwarding on the 3905 so I have created a 500 with cls fna, fba and FTR FDN 9999 (acd CDN)

When I call the external line it rings and never seems to FNA to the ACD

1. Is the DN MARP on the 500 TN?
2. Sometimes, to make FNA to an ACD work you need to change the ACDN to MWC YES.
3. If you don't want to waste a 500 TN for this you can use a data TN as documented by ghtrout -
