just wondering if and how can calls into a business terminating at the receptionist's phone be forwarded to the Start point of Auto attendant if that call goes unanswered?
In VM Pro. Select the reception user. Right click and Add start points. Select the Leave mail option. It will create a user start point. Connect that to a GoTo menu pointed at your auto attendant.
