FMServer 5.5, FMPro 6.0v4 and Citrix XP 1.8

Has anyone come across this problem when running fmpro 6.0 on citix xp 1.8. That two users will get locked to the same record saying one user is modifing and you can't use it. This seems to happen when load is high like at the end of the month. And it happens when both users are creating new records.
