FMFM on 450 fails on transfered call from contact center

Customer uses FMFM and it works everywhere. Recently they implemented a couple of skillsets in contact center. When the agent transfers a call to a phone configured for FMFM, it does not ring the external devices. If the same call is transfered from a regular user (non cc agent), then it rings all external devices as expected. Any one seen any issues with this? 450 R5
