I have a BCM50 V6 with Find Me Follow Me on 2 sets.
Find Me Follow Me has stopped accepting changes. I.e., you disable an outcall selection or change the number but the system stays with the old routine or numbers.
Doing a full reboot of the system makes the new settings take effect (so they are recorded by the system).
I don't want to be rebooting the system all the time. Plus the whole point is that the user can change the settings at will based on personal commitments.
All the latest patches are installed. The system worked perfectly before going off-song.
Have made sure we are using the up to date version of Voice Mail manager.
Has anyone had or heard of this problem before?
Have raised it with Tech Support but so far no joy. Crazy situation.
