FMFM after placing an outgoing call

I have FMFM set up and it working just fine for all incoming calls to the users cell phone. I programmed a button with F960 it for ease of use. I can't seem to find documentation to address this issue.

If the set user places lets say a call to an outside number can he then press the F960 and have the call transfer automatically to his cell? When I try this it won't work. Is FMFM only able to handle incoming calls?

Currently to allow the set users to transfer calls to his sell I have him pressing TRANSFER then a button with his cell number on it.

According to the user guide:

This feature also allows you to transfer answered calls between your desk phone and the Find Me/Follow Me destination device you have selected to transfer the call.

Thank you, this is not an "answered" call this would be a call dialed and placed from the DN with the FMFM set up. For example DN-228 dials a number and then and then wants to transfer that call to their cell phone.
