FM Server disconnecting guests unexpectedly

We implemented FM Server 5 a couple of weeks ago. I set the server up to not disconnect guests idle for any amount of time. It has worked great for the two weeks. Last night the server disconnected several idle guests unexpectedly. Does anyone know why it would do this all of a sudden? I checked the setting and it is still checked to not disconnect idle guests. I would appreciate any info anyone might have.

You may want to look at the settings on the workstations - make sure that the computer is not set to suspend (sleep) after idle time. Look close at the NIC settings - if the computer supports letting the NIC go to "sleep" then you will lose the connection. I had that problem for a while.

File-->Access Priviledges--->Passwords..

ANOTHER thing is :
Make sure that the user have rights to PRINT/EXPORT the files since "printing" is calssifed as "exporting records to" paper/device users will NEED to have this priviledges.
