FM 8.0 and Outlook problems

Hi.

I have one customer with a member table. They want to send e-mail for each member and they use Outlook XP. Sometimes, the send work fine, but usually, nothing appends.
They are using Filemaker Pro 8.0 v3 on a Windows 2000 station. The network is Windows 2000 Server and Outlook XP is linked with MS Exchange 2000

Nro,

When you say nothing appends do you mean that the body of the email is blank or is it an attachment that won't attach?

Also, are you using this to send personalized messages to each member one-at-a-time or are you sending one message where all of the members are listed in the 'To' box?
