Flying Graphic

Hi again. I'm working on my web page, and I want to be able to have my page load, and have a graphic on the page "fly" in once and stop. Then let the user continue navigating. I don't know if I'm supposed to be making tweened animation, making a movie, or what. My page is all HTML code. Can you help??

Just make your "flying in graphic" movie and embed it in your html. You can use the Publish feature of Flash to output an html that you can then simply integrate in your own, wherever you want this movie to be embedded.

Thanks-movie made! I have another question. How can I bring the movie in from the left side, and stop it in the middle of the page, instead of it playing all the way to the right side? I don't know if there are settings in HTML I need to do, or in the movie???

Several possible answers here!
Hard to answer without a link to better visualize what you're saying!
Is it just a question of positioning the movie in the html?
Or what happens inside the movie itself?

It's what happens in the movie. The movie plays across the whole screen, but I'd like it to stop in the middle, if that makes any sense.

Do you mean the movie is the width of the browser window, and you only want flying elements within the movie's overall width to stop in the middle.
If so and you're using motion tweening, just stop your flying elements' tween in the middle of the movie's width.
