FLX UC 1000 and Avaya IP Office no sound 1

We have a new Avaya IP Office v10 but can't get our Revo Labs FLX UC 1000 to work properly with it. SIP registration works and we can dial out and call in, but there is no audio on either end once the call connects. Anyone have suggestions?

Shouldn't be difficult to troubleshoot, but wow that looks cheap/tacky :)
 
I'm assuming this is a SIP extension.

Thanks for the replies. It is a SIP phone. Skype conferencing works correctly through it.

That conference is in use today, so I'll have to try things out tomorrow. I'll report back!
 
Figure it out. The Avaya IP address was in the SIP/STP IP Address filed on the UC 1000. It needs to be blank in our setup.
