Flushing logs

Im running Veritas BackupExec 8.5 on a Win2000 Exchange server. I havent figured out yet how to make the system Flush the logs. In BE i have set the backup option to "Full - Flush committed logs" and the mailboxes on my exchange server is set to be flushed. Still its not flushing.

Any help is realy appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Are the log files in the same date showing up? Are you resetting the archive bit?
