Flushing Exchange logs

We are running NetBackup DC V4.5 on a Sunfire 280R running Solaris 9 and have the Exchange client installed.

When backing up our Exchange server, and neither the cumulative or full backups don't appear to flush the logs. We previously used BackupExec V8.0 and it worked fine so it doesn't appear to be a Windows/Exchange problem.

Any ideas?
