I can't find any good documentation that explains what the following LED's on the FLT card faceplate means (we have FLT-N cards).

PWR - ERR
RST - NMI OFF
+5H - +5L
SPE - LPE
4 - 0 DS
5 - 1 DS
6 - 2 DS
7 - 3 DS

SI - SO PORT

For the SI/SO port lights - when both are flashing in unison on a particular port - what does this mean? If only SI or SO is on for a particular port, what does that mean?

SI is incoming SO is outgoing and both means in use on a call.

If it is flashing it means it can't see the PBX port at all.

And if you have the NMI light on the card is dead
