We have 18 SIP trunks with Flow Route. I am able to receive the 1st call inbound but the 2nd fails. Flow Route says they can see it hit the phone system but gets rejected. The IP's they are sending to the IPO is 34.226.36.32/28 so multiple IP's. The .32 IP works fine, just not the rest. The firewall is allowing traffic to the IPO as well. How do I allow the rest of the IP's to be allowed to receive calls? I have 1 default route and it is set to the firewall on the LAN.

According the manager help you can enter multiple IPs separated by commas in the SIP line... however I never got that working when trying in a previous release. If you can't get that working you can copy the SIP trunk exactly but change the IP. So if they have 5 IPs you would need to make 5 SIP trunks, all setup the same, but each pointing at a different IP.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

For Flowroute, you need to go into their portal and select your preferred PoP, such as US-East-VA, then set the ITSP Proxy Address on the SIP line to us-east-va.sip.flowroute.com . Be sure that you have configured DNS and you're using Network Topology to provide your public IP

US-West-WA us-west-wa.sip.flowroute.com
US-West-OR us-west-or.sip.flowroute.com
US-East-NJ us-east-nj.sip.flowroute.com
US-East-VA us-east-va.sip.flowroute.com
