Flow chart - How do I decrease the space between shapes?

Have a flow chart with subordinates automatically arranged vertically and one of the shapes comes off the page.
I would like to reduce the space between shapes so they can all fit. How do I do it?

Youn can set the degrere of divisions in tools > Rulers&Grid and this will adjust what increments objects will snap to.

Then adjust tour elements closer on the grid.
