Floppy Disk Ready or Not ?

Hi,
How do i detect a floppy drive is ready or not ? If
a suppy the drive letter i want to know whether that
perticular drive is there in the system or not . If it
is there then it is ready or not?
Please help...

Set up an error handler to check for error #71 (Disk Not Ready).
