Good afternoon. Old Aloha Manager 6.7.x...

I have built a floor plan for one of our restaurants that is not working. The "function" buttons (i.e., WWT, Adjust Payments/Tips, Exit, etc. ...) work, but the tables are grayed out. I vaguely remember this happening in the past, but can't remember the resolution. As usual, any suggestions are most appreciated.

you need to right click on the panel and remove the check box for template. That will unlock the panel for editing

I'm sorry - I wasn't clear in my description. No problems building the panel(s) - but the table buttons are grayed out FOH.

Have you gone back to the panel and checked the table buttons work and programmed correctly on the panel? Sometimes just clicking on each of then and saving again fixes it. Also make sure job code has ability for tables and not just tabs.

Sorry for the late reply... I went back to Panel Editor, clicked and verified that each button was programmed correctly, and it started working FOH.
