Had to reinstall Nice tools on some Win 2k workstations. Now they get "Floating point divide by zero error" when they click on a call to play.

I know I have seen this years ago but don't remember the solution.

It generally means that you're using a version of the applications that doesn't support the compression in use on the loggers. If you install the latest service pack for the version of applications you are using it should clear the error.

I alredy get this error with a 7.x Logger. All the stations display the same error when trying to play a record for that logger. A few hours later the HD crash it.
After reinstall of the logger the problem was resolved.

RickatReplay Tell us what solution u find it.

The application version was the problem. Thanks for your help.
