floating elements and text 1

Hi,

In my page I have an image with the float:left attribute. Text neatly flows around it, but is there a way to make sure a portion of text is not displayed next to the image?

In other words, does a tag exist that basically says something like "carriage return until image is no longer next to me"?

I like to do:

<br style="clear: both;" />

at the point where I want to stop the floated text.
